This simple electricity usage calculator takes an appliances wattage, the hours used per day and your electric company's cost per kWh (killowatt-hour) to determine how much you are spending.
It is also a great learning tool when trying to promote an earth friendly, eco-lifestyle and going green. The exersise of calculating your appliance usage costs, will show you where you are consuming the most electricity so you can know what cuts to make and reduce your carbon footprint.
